How to use the Upwork app in ChatGPT
Last week, Upwork announced a partnership with OpenAI, launching an app for ChatGPT that allows businesses to find the talent they need directly from within the chatbot interface, drawing from the 18 million professionals on the platform.
Go to ChatGPT and sign in.
Click on āAppsā in the left side tab. Search for "Upwork" and click "Connect"
You can now search for a freelancer with certain skills by putting @Upwork in your prompt.
Example: ā@Upwork I need a freelance designer for a startup pitch deckā
ChatGPT will return freelancer matches from Upwork, with links to their profiles so you can learn more and connect.
The system looks for freelancers with strong reputation signals (relevant skills, a Job Success Score of 90% or higher, and good client feedback) and a public Upwork profile.
