Navigate to the Training / Knowledge Base section. Use Multi-Source Training to upload all company information:
Paste website URLs (FAQ, policies).
Upload key documents (PDFs, DOCX, PPT).
Input specific Manual Q&A pairs for non-negotiable answers
Adjust the chat widget's colors, logo, and welcome message to align with your brand identity.
